All orders are custom-made. Please allow 7-12 days for processing before shipment. Processing times may vary during peak seasons which can be 10-15 days.

Shipping Time

• Canada & United States: 7–12 business days after creation.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order has shipped.

Delivery Responsibility

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please ensure your address is accurate at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
